Tribal Administration


The Tribal Administration is comprised of the following departments: Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Council Administrative Assistants and Receptionist. Please click on the picture/logo or the title of the department for more information for each department.

Omaha Tribe Finance Department

The Finance Department is responsible for the day-to-day management of the tribal finances, expenses, revenue, audits, etc. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) reports directly to the Chief of Tribal Operations.

The Payroll Department is responsible for the timesheets/contractual pay/salaried pay of the tribal employees. The payroll clerks report directly to the Human Resource Director.

Omaha Tribe Human Resource Department

The Human Resource Department is responsible for the day-to-day management of the tribal jobs descriptions, job advertisements, grievances, evaluations, etc. The Human Resource Director reports directly to the Chief of Tribal Operations.

The Tribal Operations Department is responsible for the day-to-day management of the tribal programs and administration. The Chief of Tribal Operations (CTO) reports directly to
the Tribal Council.

Omaha Tribal Admin. Assistants

The Tribal Administrative Assistants and tribal admin. receptionist are responsible for the day-to-day management of the tribal administrative offices, official meetings, and requests intended for the tribal council.
